Blind or visually impaired users can request assistance from sighted volunteers who will receive a notification. Once the first sighted user accepts the request, a live audio and video connection will be established between the two parties. A sighted assistant can now assist blind or visually impaired people, with a video connection from the blind or visually impaired rear camera.
